Affordable Family Health Services

Affordable Family Health Services has been providing affordable discount dental care options since 1991. AFHS members enjoy savings on most dental procedures, including 25% discounts off services performed by participating orthodontists. This affordable discount dental plan has more than 8,000 participating dentists nationwide. The AFHS plan even includes additional discounts of 10% to 75% on many vision, prescription and chiropractic services!
