Alliance HealthCard Gold Card

The Alliance HealthCard Gold Card discount dental plan allows you access to discounts on dental care at more than 82,000 network providerrs (dentists and specialists) nationwide. Members may visit any participating dentist or specialist and receive immediate savings. The Alliance HealthCard Gold Card plan even includes added savings programs with discounts on prescriptions, vision care, hearing, alternative medicine, chiropractic services, health clubs, physical therapy, and diabetes supplies. Members also have access to a 24-hour nurse hotline.
