Dental Eclipse Discount Plan

The Dental Eclipse plan is a discount dental plan designed to provide significant savings on quality dental health care. TDA has contracted with established members of the dental profession to deliver quality dental care services at discounted rates. The Dental Eclipse Discount Plan has more than 300 participating dentists in Utah and Arizona offering savings of 15% to 50% on most dental procedures, including discounts of 20% on braces and other dental specialties.

The Plan or Program member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the Plan, Program or discount plan organization.
